From speciality barbells, combo racks, and calibrated weight plates this gym boasts everything needed for competitors to prep. The space also hosts its own meets which are ran incredibly well. Rupert and Jess have poured an incredible amount of passion into the facility and to its continued growth. 5/5.

The owners and coaches are genuinely kind, encouraging, and are awesome at what they do.The gym is also kept extremely clean, and all of the equipment is in great shape. It also has a great AC that they are generous with using.
