★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1An absolutely awesome gym with a great community. They have great equipment for powerlifters and bodybuilders alike!
May 08 · Alex BogardGot a pass for this gym on a trip to see my family because I'm prepping for a powerlifting meet in three weeks.Couldn't have asked for a better gym away from home! Everything you could ask for as a lifter, nice atmosphere, and super clean. Will definitely be back on my future trips to the region.
July 01 · Rebecca CravenAmazing 24-hour facility which leaves no room for excuses to get a workout in! Packed with multiple squat racks, platforms, assault bikes and whatever else you can think of, the pub has an excellent variety of equipment for you to use.Despite the gym being a very focused and competitive powerlifting gym, it remains one of the most warm and friendly ones that I’ve visited. Members have no problem sparking up a conversation between sets, helping you with a lift off or spot, or having a friendly “lift-off” where you see who can lift more on a specific lift. The owners are both locals and enthusiastic lifters. They have helped me immensely with my form, 1RM, and overall health on my fitness journey. As someone new to lifting in general, I can’t think of a better gym to recommend to you then the pub!
September 15 · Jordan LThis gym is great! Great equipment and lots of it. The owners are awesome and incredibly nice. The community is super kind and friendly. A great gym for powerlifting, Olympic lifting, and any other kind of training you’re looking for. 24/7 access is awesome as well.
February 21 · Kayla ClanceyI can’t say enough positive things about this gym. The owners are the kindest and most supportive athletes I’ve worked with - they are patient and encouraging with a newbie like me.I started lifting in November with Chris as my coach and I have progressed so immensely in such a short time - I leave every session feeling energized, empowered, and ready to come back for more. Chris is a thoughtful teacher and coach, he takes the time to ensure I’m working on my form and understanding what my body is doing. It’s obvious that coaching is his passion. This gym was a dream come true for Chris and I started patronizing it as a gesture of friendship and now I’m continuing as an investment in myself. If you want a welcoming space with great facilities and even better company, come to the Public House Barbell Club.
