This studio is a great addition to Delmar! The space is beautiful and serene inside, with a separate room to store your jacket/shoes and new Balance Body reformer machines. Both instructors (Kate and Tara) keep the classes interesting, trying new things and making the class more modern while maintaining the classic pilates feel.
