The Little Pilates Studio Reviews
Highly recommend! Some of the best and most experienced instructors in Portland. They're great at making classes accessible yet challenging for all skill levels.I've struggled with chronic lower back and hip pain for years and pilates has been the only thing that's gotten me back to life without pain. I've gone to countless physical therapists, chiropractors, acupuncturists and more with minimal success. If you've tried all the normal approaches, I'd seriously consider working with the instructors here.Additionally, incorporating regular sessions of Pilates has greatly increased my performance with my trail running and climbing. If you need sport specific accessory work, this studio is well equipped to help you push the bounds of what you're capable of.
