It's one of the only workout classes I have stayed consistent with! All the instructors are great, and I love that they each bring their own music and individuality to their classes. The instructors do a great job of encouraging you and helping you make adjustments during moves as needed. I like that it has the combination of the versa climber and mega's to help you achieve a full body workout! I recommend this studio to all my friends and family.
