Antigone and Ashley are magicians as they are continually pulling back layers to find issues such as muscles firing inappropriately. With great care they have provided hands on treatment combined with targeted strength training. Sometimes I’ve had to go back to basic movements but under their watchful eye they spot my body that likes to cheat. Through it all, the Edge has provided a way to remain fit and able to do the activities that I enjoy, work 5 days a week, play golf multiple times a week and follow my grandkids in all their sports and other activities. Fitness is a blessing as I continue to age.I train with Sean and Alyssa each week. Highly recommended!
