The Core Method Reviews
Lily's Core Method is one of the best kept secrets in the Chicago-land area. She's super fun and creative. This summer during Covid, while the rest of the world was shutting down, Lily decided to do some cross marketing with an awesome DJ (DJ Versage) and one of my favorite watering holes, The Toadstool Pub in Highwood. Before I knew what was happening my girlfriend was dragging me to Lily's pop-up Pilates and Persecco every Sunday morning! Perfect hangover cure... with masks and lots of hand sanitizer of course! I would recommend The Core Method to anyone who's trying to get back in shape after a year and a half of sitting on the couch, lol, or anyone who refuses to get old. I have to admit, I fit into both categories. :)

Amazing and so knowledgeable! Anyone who has ever done rehab and hasn’t seen results should give Lily at The Core Method a ring!🙏🏻
