I had been waiting since last year for this gym to open, and it was worth it! The atmosphere is so motivating and positive. All of the coaches are not only super friendly but also very professional — they teach me proper form, give me new movements to try, and always correct me if I do something wrong. Every morning I look forward to coming here. The HIIT classes are fun, challenging, and effective! Since joining, I even canceled my Villas Sport membership because the workouts here are so much more efficient and enjoyable. Highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a great place to train! I love 6:00 am class ! its super fun !

Took a promo class with Devin and Erika -- a full-body circuit with a solid mix of strength training and cardio in between sets to keep your heart rate up. The gym is spacious, spotless, and welcoming, and all the staff I met today were friendly, professional, and incredibly supportive.I loved that the promo class had a good mix of beginners and experienced patrons, so don't be shy if it's your first time getting into fitness. Plenty of free parking in the plaza. Their founder's discounted rate is ending soon, so now's the perfect time to check them out and lock in a great deal!
