There are just not enough positive things I could say about Kristin at The Brown Method! She is not just a knowledgeable trainer, she genuinely cares about your health & wellbeing. When I began my journey with Kristin, I was completely uncomfortable in my own skin and there was no way I felt comfortable going to a gym and working out in front of people. A friend of mine shared a post on Facebook about The Brown Method and it seemed like the perfect fit... AND IT WAS & STILL IS! Kristin is amazing.. she creates a plan specific for your goals and needs. No gimmicks! No fad diets! I guarantee if you try this program you won’t regret it! I did not follow a strict diet plan, but I put in the work and I still had amazing results!! Shedding inches, gaining muscle, and losing fat! I know with better food choices I would have better results, but I’m also not looking for skinny, I’m looking for strong!
