I suffered from cervical neck pain but I feel like it is healing little by little.The instructor is attentive to your body condition and explains well how the exercise is good for the specific muscles. I recommend this place for the people who have pain because of bad posture or want to have a healthier life.

I think She is very professional, accommodating and very helpful. Her customized class really eased my stress and low strengthen of body muscles to follow her instructions. I have gave up on my previous tow classes and this is the very first class that I fond of Pilates. this is good. And I can't wait to see my improved health and strengthen core after couple of months later. so love it (at least to me, this is the best place, so far) Love it!

The instructor is able to give tips and adjustments that improved my posture and developed my inner strength. As I improved physically it gave me the motivation to continue exercising and improved my mentality. I would highly recommend attending this studio.
