He is the most amazing trainer I have known so far, so patient and understands to take it easy on the postpartum body. I have been working with Rahsaan for the past 2 months and have seen significant changes with respect to strength in my body. I didn't know I could ever move from 5 lbs to 15 lbs in just a matter of a month. I have lost both inches and weight and feel so much stronger. The most important thing that stood out with Rahsaan is the correct posture while exercising resulting in faster recovery following workouts as well as my body not hurting at the end of the day, which wasn't true with other gym memberships I have had in the past. Rahsaan also helped me heal my post pregnancy Sciatica by targeting the right muscles. Obviously I can't keep Rahsaan forever, he is teaching me lifelong changes and the will to continue accommodating movement during the day and continue strength training. Thank you Rahsaan for all your hard work, your contagious happiness and great music!

He's put together a great program for me and is able to work around injuries or anything else needed to make sure you get the most out of each session.

I’ve trained with various PTs over the past 8 years and Rahsaan really helped me to perfect my form for each exercise. His sessions allowed me to knowledge to access when working out on my own, if I am performing the exercises correctly.

He has listened to all of my concerns about my various aches and pains (I'm in my mid 40s) and has tailored my workouts to what is right for me. My wife suggested I go talk to Rahsaan up the street from our home.Spoke with him briefly, explained what I was looking to accomplish, and what my issues were.Rahsaan developed a personalized plan for me, focused on my desired goals, and taking into consideration my age and health history. He clearly is a seasoned pro that knows what he is doing and helps his clients achieve their goals.The workouts are completely 1:1, so I have a dedicated trainer at my side all the time, so I can’t cheat myself. The gym itself is state of the art and new equipment has been coming in since I started 4 weeks ago!I highly recommend Rahsaan Fitness to anyone who is serious about taking their fitness to the next level. It is wonderful to be excited about working out again
