Tara Yoga Reviews
The vibe is amazing, Tara is incredible, and every class leaves me feeling energized, stronger, balanced, and totally refreshed. Whether you’re a newbie or a pro, you’ll love it here. Seriously, the best yoga studio ever!
March 14 · irina jOne of the best yoga studios Ive been to.If you look at my reviews, I've tried tons of different workouts and yoga studios. Tara is honestly one of the best where you get your cardio and your strength training.I was on this 100 days of yoga kick (30 days at 3 different studios to test out quality) and Tara was one of the best and most inspirational. I really felt connected during her class and felt the most improvement.CLASSES:Scheduling- they honestly have good times except if you like working out in the evenings on weekends but her morning classes are great! There is a variety too.Bodhi yoga- fast, intense cardio yoga... Dancing your bodhi.Power Yoga- intense but very focused on strength and posture... But you will get cardio too.Intro to power- great intro and still a great workoutRestorative- focused on stretching... Honestly great after power yoga.Prices:The monthly fee is like a gym membership but most people take advantage of the umlimited. If you go every day, it'd be $3-4/class and that's only once a day. It may sound a lot but you will see change. There was a 8month pregnant lady doing intense yoga... Amazing!Parking: tons of street parkingTeachers: Tara is amazing and so is Erica! Very motivational!Overall: seriously great, i need to finish these other sessions and then come back!
December 02 · Laura SA very welcoming yoga studio with fantastic zen feeling and excellent variety of classes for all skill levels. The classes are being held in person, but you can practice along through the Instagram live feature. And if you miss a class, you can access many of these live classes on their website.I love this studio because the owner Tara has a good vibe. She knows all of the people she teaches, gears the classes to the skill level and provides opportunity to step outside your comfort zone and try something new. Each class is different other than flow portion so you can't anticipate or know what's next. One of my favorite classes is the Goddess Flow on weekends. It's an early class, but a lot of fun and worth getting up early on weekend. It's yoga class combined with music and dance moves. You can't miss the studio. It stands out from surrounding businesses because it had been beautifully painted with intricate patterns. Parking is not an issue, there is plenty of street parking in front, but it you want to enter from back, take right on Craig and another right on Gladys. The studio follows all local COVID protocols. You must wear mask while practicing, the roll-up door and front doors are open while classes are in progress and social distancing is clearly marked.Just a fantastic studio all the way around. It's about yoga, not selling you books, clothes or other trendy yoga products. You will be very welcome and comfortable here.
August 21 · Catherine A. MontgomeryTara Napoli's Power Yoga is an excellent school to develop or really deepen your yoga practice, whether starting out or building on a lifetime of experience. There's a dedicated group of teachers that all bring a unique experience to the art.Very precise instruction, a high level of care, and challenging flows.
