The trainers are very attentive to new members to ensure that they understand the routine. The staff is also incredibly kind and respectful. I wish I could offer more than five stars. Simply a GREAT place.

Each workout brings a different challenge that targets different areas of the body. Jorge is an amazing coach as he pushes everyone but is respectful of what modifications work for each individual. I’ve been to a lot of workout classes in NY and would definitely recommend this as my top.

It is a motivating atmosphere with great music. Tyler and Jorge especially are both positive and encouraging - if I am tired from a long day, or just feeling like I don’t want to work out - 100% of the time I leave this class feeling better, accomplished, and a little stronger than before!It is also great to support a small business that isn’t a huge chain 😌
