August 08 · Lindsay WaddelowAt SweatFixx in Wakefield, the workouts blend rowing with strength training in a way that keeps every class fresh and challenging. The instructors push you just enough without it feeling intimidating, the space is bright and spotless, and the community is genuinely welcoming. It’s the kind of place that makes it easy to stick to a routine because you actually want to show up.
August 10 · Michael MorseI am SO grateful I stumbled upon Sweat Fixx. From my very first session, Elise made me feel comfortable, supported, and strong. I am someone that struggles with form and choreography. In the past, I have found other gyms and instructors intimidating, and even defeating. Elise is always patient, guiding me through each set, keeping the mood and energy high, and challenging me in the best possible ways. You will want to give 100% to each workout because Elise does the same for her clients. Because of her guidance, I am slowly discovering a confidence I didn’t even know I had in me. How often do people say that about their gym/trainer?!I can’t forget to mention that the facility is CLEAN, equipment is organized, there’s plenty of parking, and the prices are totally reasonable. Whatever your goal is, Sweat Fixx is a place where you will belong, transform, and sweat a lot. I cannot recommend it enough.
May 29 · Amy PaganelliIve been coming to SweatFixx for over 5 years now. When I was trying to get back into working out postpartum I didn’t know where to start. I had gone to the gym on my own a few times but was having trouble finding the right exercises to rebuild my core and worried about being out and away from my baby for too long. The thought of a class with a bunch of people who have been working out consistently seemed intimidating to me at first. I signed up for the Mommy and me classes and it has been everything I needed to get back into shape. My daughter is able to come with me and each week I’ve felt myself getting stronger and stronger. I’ve even gotten back into taking some of their regular classes which have been so fun. They have an amazing community of people involved in the studio and I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to take these classes during my maternity leave and surround myself with other people who are in the same season of life as myself. I’m looking forward to getting back into more regular classes when I am back at work!
January 28 · Lauren FolinoLove Sweat Fixx. Erin is an absolutely fantastic instructor! Her energy is contagious, and she knows exactly how to keep the class motivated from start to finish. The workout was challenging but fun, with great music and clear instructions that made it easy to follow along. She’s incredibly supportive, pushing everyone to do their best while also offering modifications for different fitness levels. If you’re looking for an upbeat, high-energy class that leaves you feeling strong and accomplished, Erin’s class is the place to be. Can’t wait to come back!
