You will find encouraging coaches that always have the best attitude even at 6am. They pay attention to what the members want and are quick to implement any changes that are easily possible. There’s no overcrowding and so many classes throughout the day/week that can fit your schedule. And they’re always having fun and cool challenges that keeps you motivated and excited to be a part of the gym.Sweat I am grateful for all I’ve accomplished here, and I wished my time wasn’t so short, please come to NYC soon. And the music and light show keep me inspired. I’ve known Coach G for well over a decade and he is an energetic force in the DMV fitness, health and wellness industry. He lifts you up and is always ready to help you get in shape. That’s why we always see him as a guest on the morning news shows. 😀 He is the best leader for Sweat DC, a fitness program I’ve watched grow over the years as other struggle.
