I started out as a beginner and she was there every step of the way in guiding me through every step of the routine. I have grown more comfortable with the movements after each session. She is open to teaching anyone at any skill level and makes beginners very comfortable at doing yoga. I recommend this studio and Tina to anyone looking to start practicing yoga or if you are a seasoned yoga practitioner looking for a switch.

The space had such a peaceful ambiance—dim lighting, soft music, and a calm energy that immediately put me at ease. One of the highlights was when she massaged a healing balm into my neck and back—it was so soothing and really helped relieve tension in my muscles and joints.
