There’s a lot of variety, including cycle, interval, Pilates, yoga, strength and core classes. It’s great, I can usually find something that fits the mood and my energy level for the day! The only thing I wish they offered is more recovery type classes. They used to offer a class called deep release which I loved! I’m hoping as the offerings evolve maybe that or something like it will get added to the mix. Highly recommend!

The playlists are 🔥and the instructors are so kind and supportive, while also pushing you to be your very best. Great for any fitness level and there are always modifications offered if you’re having trouble or want to take your practice to the next level. Classes are offered in the mornings or evenings so it’s easy to find a time to make it to the studio no matter your schedule.

Simply by showing up and incorporating all their different class types (interval, hi def, 3x3, yoga & cycle) on a weekly basis I have lost 35 lbs and am in the best shape of my life. Instructors are welcoming, knowledgeable and highly supportive. The different challenges and milestones keep you motivated. Facilities are in immaculate condition for the amount of traffic it gets every day. He’s really motivated me to be as fit and strong as possible. But I also really enjoy spin and Pilates. And they kick my ass too! I was in such a rut with my fitness routine before I joined in February, but now I’m at the gym 5+ days a week and feeling great. And an incredible value for the variety of classes offered.
