For residents of Georgia seeking to enhance their fitness routine, recover more quickly from exercise, or simply gain a better quality of life through improved movement, the fitness landscape offers a diverse range of options. Among these,
StretchLab

This approach is designed to help clients of all ages and fitness levels—from high-performance athletes to individuals dealing with chronic stiffness—to move better, feel better, and ultimately, live better. By focusing on individualized care, the Buckhead location provides a targeted solution for muscle tightness, joint pain, and limited mobility that can often be the "missing piece" in a person’s overall health and wellness strategy. The studio environment is often described as energetic and welcoming, promoting an open and supportive atmosphere for personal growth in movement.

What is worth choosing
For Georgia residents looking to move beyond the limitations of standard gym routines, StretchLab offers a compelling, specialized value proposition. It is worth choosing for several crucial reasons that center on expert care and tangible, life-improving results. The primary benefit lies in the personalized, one-on-one approach provided by the certified Flexologists. These professionals are not just trainers; they are experts in the body's muscular and skeletal system, trained to understand and target individual imbalances and areas of chronic tightness. This level of focused, hands-on attention is virtually impossible to replicate through solo stretching or a typical group fitness class. The specialized application of PNF and other advanced stretching techniques ensures that clients achieve a deeper, more therapeutic, and faster improvement in flexibility than they could on their own. This is a game-changer for those dealing with persistent pain, recovering from old injuries, or athletes looking to prevent new ones and maximize performance.
While some customer feedback indicates challenges with scheduling and customer service, the consistent positive feedback regarding the effectiveness of the stretching itself and the expertise of the Flexologists, such as those who are described as providing "Great conversation, and tips," suggests a high level of satisfaction with the core service—the stretching experience. This is critical: people seek out a fitness center for fitness results, and the feedback supports the efficacy of the program. Becoming a member after a single session, as one client noted, speaks volumes about the immediate and positive impact of the service provided by the stretching professionals. For anyone in the Atlanta area whose goal is increased mobility, freedom from muscle tension, reduced joint pain, and improved physical longevity, the specialized, expert-led program at StretchLab represents a worthwhile investment in personal well-being. It is a dedicated wellness solution that provides a powerful, often overlooked component of health that can dramatically influence a client’s ability to enjoy an active life.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Do NOT EVER BOOK WITH THEM !! They have THE worst customer service . I advised them that I wanted an appointment on June 11 as I arrive on June 11. They have booked me for the wrong day Which is June 12 I requested a refund in which the gentleman at the counter advised me he could not give me a refund he would need to speak to his manager for approval on a refund. I request requested a call back in which I never received instead. I received a text message from someone named Katie, who advised me that she could accommodate a reschedule. Again, I reiterated that I wanted a refund after a few exchanges with text messages. I realize that they were not gonna give me a refund and I honestly did not feel like arguing with them. About their tacky and unprofessional customer service I instead opted to go ahead and reschedule and never scheduled with them again. So I had a new appointment and unfortunately, I came down with the flu. It was running 103 Degree fever is most no last thing you’re gonna be thinking about as you’re fighting for your life is Rescheduling a stretch appointment. So I called to reschedule a new appointment in which I spoke to a Who went ahead and scheduled me for Sunday, June 22 well, I received a text message from Brittny that they would not be able to accommodate me for Sunday without me Again, as if I’m going to just give them $115. It’s very unfortunate that their customer service is so bad They do not care about accommodating the customers they don’t even care about making sure The correct day they just wanna take your money. I suggest you go elsewhere do not even Forbid you get sick and cannot make your appointment. They will keep your money.
June 21 · Marissa Mosley1st timer, at the Buckhead location. All the staff were very nice! Brian is the name of the guy who streched me, and he was very nice. Great conversation, and tips provided during stretching session! 5 stars! I am now a Member!❣️
June 13 · britney reynoldsI absolutely love this location, I started at another one, they were good as well, however at this location my husband found the perfect Stretchologist that better suits my needs, her name is Makiya. My first initial visit with her let me know that she cares about your specific needs and goals as a client. After my first stretch with Makiya I felt and saw a difference in my poster and mobility, I was so impressed I signed up for 3 months that very day. I go weekly because of my desired goals, she takes her time with a stretch routine that fit my needs and she explains what she's doing and trying to achieve while doing so. She's very attentive, strategic, knowledgeable, caring and a absolute sweetheart. I'm seeing and feeling the difference as I continue my sessions and I must add that I actually tried PT doctor prescribed and it did not compare to the treatment that I'm receiving at Stretchlab. If you're suffering from arthritis and joint stiffness I recommend them highly, they have Stretchologist that will cater to your specific needs and desire. As for me I'm so very grateful my hubby found Makiya, I tell her every week how thankful and I look forward to our sessions.
May 01 · Tiffy TaylorSome of us take a little longer to get a hint than others; if you are one of those people, this is YOUR HINT.My first hint was StretchLab of Buckhead came to RowHouse Sandy Springs and previewed the stretching they recommend to assist others on their journey to a healthier lifestyle. I thought, okay, that cool, I may need that. Katie, one of my rowing coaches, invited StetchLab to her class, and she said it was worth every penny. In February 2021, one of the books I read was “Can’t Hurt Me” by David Goggins. In the last couple chapters of that book David, a Navy Seal turned Ultra Marathon runner, talks about how he could feel death taking over his body. The doctors could find nothing wrong with David. He decided to focus on stretching more and less lifting and running. He says stretching saved his life. I thought, “huh, that sounds cool; I should look into stretching more. (Hint number 2)In March of 2021, I had a bicycle accident. I went to the ER and got checked out. All clear, but I was still sore. I went to a licensed massage therapist and asked for a 90-minute deep tissue massage. The masseuse said to me after he had me on the table, “you need stretching more than you need a massage.” Boom! That was hint number three.I called StretchLab and see if they can help me. I booked a 50-minute session, and in about three weeks, my pain went away. I have been going every week for four months, and I look forward to my 50 minutes of proper stretching.Three hints that is what it took me to call and make an appointment. I hope you are not a thick-skulled as I am. If you are reading this, please count this as one of your hints to make an appointment. I have even invited my wife to join me each week, and she, too, has experienced health benefits. The results of assisted stretching are hard to measure, but you can feel it and know that it is working - take the hint and call today. Five Stars from me, you should try it too.April 2022 - I have added a new photo to my review, I continue reap the value of StretchLab and have had over 80 assisted stretches from the Professionals. The new photo I am adding is from when I achieved StretchClub-50 and I was awarded a new hat that the flexologists are pointing at.
April 20 · Bob ScrivnerI recently visited this StretchLab location and it was an excellent experience! This was my first time at a stretching studio and from the moment I walked in till the end of my session the experience was amazing. Each staff member I interacted with was very knowledgeable and professional. I loved that the flexologist walks you through the whole session so you know what to expect. After my session I felt so relaxed, I actually felt more relaxed than when I get a massage which was an extra bonus I wasn’t expecting. I highly recommend StretchLab! As someone who cycles and workouts a lot this was the perfect remedy for my muscles that should be stretched more often. So if you have trouble committing to stretching like me this is definitely the place for you!
