★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I have been going to Stretch Lab in East Mesa for over a year now. I usually see Anna and sometimes Tim. Both are great people and great at what they do. I have a history of pain and tightness in my back which has improved a lot since going there. They are also very entertaining when they work together. It’s a very enjoyable experience spending an hour with them each week. Both are very knowledgeable, caring and talented individuals!
June 27 · robert tobinI’ve been going to StretchLab for over a year for chronic pain due to autoimmune disorders and it has been so helpful. I see Tim, who has gone out of his way to learn about what I have going on and make sure that my stretches maximize pain relief and function. He’s also just a nice person-he is always genuinely interested in what’s going on in my life and remembers everything. While a lot of people do stretching to rehab from an injury, I have been in every week since I first found them and honestly it’s improved my quality of life.
July 09 · Mary Ann MeissnerI have been struggling with Lower back pain due to heavy lifting in the gym. After doing some research I decided my muscles were most likely tight and I needed to stretch. I HATE stretching, I do not have the patience to do it. I came to stretch lab and met Tim, what a wonderful experience it has been. Tim has been exceptional in helping me stretch my hamstrings and lats. I am feeling much better than before and am super thankful to Tim and the team at stretch lab. It is definitely Worth a try.
July 02 · Tyler RonnebeckLove this place! Rebecca A. is my flexologist and has honestly done more for me than my regular massage appointments. It sounds strange to go somewhere just to get stretched, but it does wonders for my hips and back after sitting at a desk for 10 hours a day. I no longer wake up feeling stiff or ache at the end of the work day. I just feel normal, like my lifestyle over the past 40 years isn't coming for me!All the people I've met that work at the East Mesa location are lovely. It's a very fun environment with good conversation happening all around you. The facility itself is clean and tidy, but very casual and laid back (not clinical and stuffy). I can't recommend this place enough. Give the introductory session a try to check it out for yourself!
July 09 · Theresa OuelletteI have been going to Stretch Lab - Mesa for almost 2 years. My weekly stretches focus on my lower back pain and neck/shoulder tightness. I see Tim and he is very knowledgeable as well as kind and friendly. He listens and offers suggestions and feedback. The entire staff at this location works hard to be helpful and welcoming.
