★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I absolutely love coming to stretch theory, there’s a huge variety of everything your body needs to feel strengthened, improve flexibility, and overall mobility. Nakia is extremely knowledgeable in his focus of Pilates. I come every week and love it so much!!!
September 06 · Dina TzegaegbeI had a great Pilates class with Nakia. Very professional and intuitive instructor. This studio also offers myofacial release therapy and I saw the space used for that. The studio is bright, modern, and clean. The music is at the perfect volume level, and is background music. This studio is focused on health and feeling good in your body.Super easy parking with multiple parking lots available. There is a water dispenser available.
September 19 · Alex PrueittBrandé is a phenomenal Pilates instructor! She does an excellent job at explaining the various moments and the importance of the mind-body connection. I feel numerous areas of my body being targeted that I don't hit in more traditional workouts. My chiropractor stated that my neck was significantly less tight after only 4 visits of Pilates! Also, don't sleep on her juices, they're absolutely delicious and nutritious! 😊
May 10 · Jada BryantA beautiful, clean and well-lighted place. The music is always on point. Most importantly, Nakia is doing an excellent job helping me address a raft of physical problems resulting from my desk-bound life and a number of small injuries accumulated in my 50+ years.I came in after my foot and ankle problem led three different friends to ask why I was limping, when I didn’t realize I was. I’ve had five sessions and will have #6 next week. Nakia has done a combination of myofascial release and teaching me exercises to address my pains and mobility issues. As a middle-aged man, my primary life challenge now is ensuring I’m able to stay mobile and active as long as possible and I’m thankful for Nakia’s help, suggestions, and guidance.
August 24 · Todd RehmI have taken Pilates from Brande for two years and she has done wonders for my total health. From the daily workouts, the juicing, and her honey, I was able to lose 60lbs. I have followed her to each studio because she is just that good. I’d hoped this last move would be the location for a while, but life has her going in another direction. In comes Nakia, the owner and new “Pilates” instructor. Who is good at doing Myofascial Massages, so I've heard but he needs to study and practice more at being a Pilates instructor. Also, the way he operates his studio with the lack of professionalism, condescending attitude, lack of empathy, jealousy, and bad business practices, I would like to see if he celebrates a two year anniversary.
