November 30 · Victoria AladeokinI joined about a month ago and I love it. The coaches are great, very experienced and knowledgeable. It’s a very encouraging environment which makes me more motivated to come back and keep working every day! I highly recommend Stone Age Gym to everyone who is looking for a place to get in shape with a great environment.
September 25 · Dennis DuffyI was very hesitant about starting a workout plan for the millionth time. So I did my research on fitness centers in the area. I’m fairly new to the area and didn’t want to jump in head first and be stuck with something I didn’t enjoy. After reaching out to Stone Age, I was invited in for a gym tour. At the gym tour, Coach Kelly walked me through the process of joining and assessments. They really focus on doing things right and making sure your form is correct. I’ve worked out (on and off) for years, but my form is still terrible. With that being said, you go through 5 sessions with a PT and they evaluate your form and skill level. Based on your assessment, you are given a “range” where you start. The goal is to continuously get better and challenge yourself with each workout. The workouts are tough, but you feel great once you’ve completed each session. Another aspect I love about this gym is the warm, welcoming environment. Everyone is so supportive! It can be intimidating starting at a new gym, but literally everyone there is rooting you on. They also have group gym activities and volunteer in the community. Not only are they supporting you and your fitness goals, they are supporting the community and giving back. So with all that being said…if you’re looking for a gym, I highly recommend taking a look at Stone Age Athletic Club. You won’t be disappointed.
February 15 · Victoria RiceI came into this gym looking to make a change to my normal workout routine, and I couldn't have been happier with my decision to join this gym. The coaches are extremely welcoming, helpful, and knowledgeable, and all the patrons are friendly and down to earth from my experience. There's no doubt that I am in better shape after joining this gym and the coaches have pushed and challenged me to reach new heights in my fitness career. I highly recommend Stone Age!
October 03 · Patrick FaheyStone Age is the only gym I’ve kept going to consistently. The coaches are awesome, always paying attention to you and your form to help you get the most out of your workouts. And when you need modifications they are always willing to help you. You really do have personal coaching every time you’re there and the atmosphere is the friendliest and most encouraging I’ve ever experienced from coaches and members alike.
