While I love lifting, I was nervous to try out a CrossFit style gym, but this place did not disappoint. Not long into the challenge I knew I found my new gym that I quickly loved going to. Everyone from the coaches to other members are so supportive and encouraging. The classes are the perfect combination of challenging (while offering modifications for your needs) and fun! I would highly recommend Station Athletics to anyone looking for a place to advance their fitness journey. I learned about the six week challenge being offered here and decided to give it a try. I'm truly happy that I did. I'm coming up on one year of joining and that is remarkable for me. I love all the coaches, they are very encouraging and supportive and my fellow members are as well. It's a family atmosphere and I enjoy coming here. It's not an easy workout and I do struggle, but I have also made improvements along the way. I'm happy that I've finally found a new gym that I enjoy and want to continue going to.

Though I do cardio regularly, this gave me a different type of challenge and helped me quickly work on strength, getting leaner and feeling healthier!
