I can’t say enough about SquaredUp Fitness and Coach Adam. Being a 50 year old woman walking into a kickboxing fitness center was scary. Coach Adam and the rest of the crew made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. Coach Adam is always pushing me to my potential and complimenting my perseverance. Age doesn’t matter!
