April 15 · Naomi KMy experience with the Spark fitness Red Carpet challenge was extremely helpful to get me to a better life style. I had 3 kids in 5 years and was finally ready to get all my extra baby weight off and get back to a healthier more fit me. I wanted to be stronger for my kids and this program helped me achieve that and so much more. I got stronger and more toned and started making healthier recipes for my family. I didn’t lose the full 15 during the challenge, but I was extremely close. I did end up losing over 5% of my body fat which was a huge accomplishment. I love this gym and the atmosphere, the trainers are amazing, they push you to do more because they know you can, and help you every step of the way. If you are ready for that healthier kick start this is the program to think about.
