They took the time to assess me privately before letting me join a class which was great because it shows they care about your safety and growth as a client. They also really helped provide alternatives for different exercises and moves based on skill and ability. I really like the structure of how the classes were designed - we worked on building a skill for the first half and then we were challenged with a workout of the day that included that skill. Hard but alot of fun! Plus all the people (members and coaches) were so friendly and inclusive. I was only here for a month on vacay but I feel like I made a new fitness family!

They are knowledgeable and even through injuries, I’ve been able to continue working out because the coaches make adjustments to the workouts for me.
