November 05 · Massiel FernandezMy wife and I have only been going here for about 6 weeks but we’re loving it. The instructors have been great: they review all the movements during warm up and there is always some sort of flexibility/mobility element which I think is so important. Everyone, including instructors and other members, has been so friendly, helpful, and motivating!
