The workouts are available multiple times in the day and at several locations so no real excuse not to get one in! The workouts are constantly changing to get better gains. The coaches are great and always pushing your ability to get the best results. They are always willing to answer questions about anything…diet, sleep, stretch and recovery to hormone therapy, whatever your need is! Fit body also plans fun social activities every month. They really want to get to know you and build a family type environment. As there are many types of people that attend so they want you to feel welcome and comfortable to go at your own pace! The best thing about Fit Body is that it’s for every level of fitness. It’s a judge free environment and I actually look forward to working out with what feels like family. Justin is a great coach!
