She has a very calming yet informative style of teaching. My mental state and pliability has improved dramatically and she gains students for life. I would highly recommend anyone who is interested in starting up yoga. She’s the best in the business.
February 13 · Derek SchleerOMG - I knew my body needed movement, but Wednesday night's class gave me so much more! Lisa is absolutely wonderful, fun, gives great clear cues and offers a mix of challenging poses as well as modifications to either make them less or more challenging for whatever your body is calling for in that moment. I will definitely be returning and will only be referring to my glues as peaches from now on :) Thank you Lisa!
February 13 · Jackie EvansI literally love this place! My new favorite place ! I heard about when I did the yoga at assembly row. My first time going and it was amazing with Lorraine . She is the absolutely the best! I would totally recommend if anyone love yoga. Go on Tuesdays or Sundays! I would totally go again.. 😊♥️♥️
March 13 · Jessica ShyloskiLove this studio! Just discovered this gem on ClassPass, and went to two classes in less than a week. Both instructors, Jill and Tara, were awesome. Definitely some challenging poses that get you sweating but well balanced with mat work and more restorative / relaxing poses. The fact that the mats and props are already set up is so enjoyable! You can literally just show up and leave feeling your best.I feel the studio is welcoming and encouraging for all levels. The instructors encourage you to do what feels right for your body and offer modifications to help with challenging poses. The atmosphere is so cozy and cute, very relaxing and unpretentious but still feels like a luxurious experience. The essential oils and lavender towel were a great touch. Can’t wait for my next class!
December 12 · Vanessa VaughanThe best yoga studio I have gone to not only in Boston, but ever. It's super cozy, the teachers are fantastic, and the special touches included in the class price -- a yoga mat for every student, lavender towels, and a back rub during savasana -- set this place apart from the rest. The community here is also supportive and laid-back. Going to Monday night classes with Natalie and power yoga on Wed/Sat with Lisa became the highlights of my week. I recently moved from Somerville and miss this place dearly. Do yourself a big favor and try this studio!
