★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1From start to finish, I was pretty disappointed with my experience at this studio. I took a Focus 50 (Core + Upper + Lower Body) with the instructor Megan and it was my first time taking a Solidcore class in 6 years - so I was pretty much a newcomer. Solidcore is a class I have generally been hesitant to get back into because of its difficulty but my friends have raved about the studio and the instructors so I decided to try it out again. This was my first time in the Wildwood location. When I came in, there didn’t seem to be a check in process and no one seemed to be engaging with the students in the class. Not only did the instructor not ask if anyone if it was their first class, she jumped right into class without giving anyone a general overview to the newcomers or to how the machine worked. The instructor did not come to help me when I was clearly struggling during the legs section. Instead, she went and helped my friends who seemed to know what they were doing more than I was. I was clearly struggling for a good section of the class and she continually ignored me. In addition, it was my friend’s 50th class and that was not called out either. For a class of which the caliber is so high, I expect better.
June 08 · Alicia HaiSolidcore Wildwood is one of my favorite spots to get in a seriously challenging workout. The classes are intense—in the best way possible. It’s one of those workouts where you feel every muscle working and leave knowing you gave it your all. If you’re looking to push yourself and really build strength, this is the place. The location is super convenient, and parking is usually easy with plenty of spots in the Wildwood shopping center lot. One of the best perks is being able to grab a bite afterward—there are so many great food options just steps away, whether you want a healthy smoothie or a full meal. It makes post-workout plans so seamless.Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for a killer workout and a convenient, well-located studio!
March 14 · Connie O’BrienI love the solidcore workout! The workout is a type of it's own and the instructors at the Wildwood location are fabulous! I have taken at least one class with nearly all of the instructors at this location and can confidently say all of them are awesome. I appreciate that the door has a keypad for easy entry and accountability since I really can't be late since the door will not let me in!
September 11 · Georgia ReddI started my journey with solidcore in August and cannot believe how the workout and instructors have helped me change my perspective of exercise, my love for my body, and my appreciation for the strength and determination I have within me. The instructors will meet you where you are, adjusting your form as a beginner and adding weights and resistance as you improve. There’s so many class styles, themes, and instructors to choose from that it’s impossible to get bored- which keeps me coming back week after week! Each instructor has their own unique style, so I highly recommend beginners try as many as they can to figure out what kind of personality you need encouraging you towards your fitness goals. I want to shoutout Kimberly and Liana in particular, who have seen me on my best and worst days, and everything in between, and continue to push me to be a strong individual both inside and outside the studio.
April 25 · Natalie ZyblutThe studio is beautiful and the atmosphere is great. The class was small and the instructor was very nice, accommodating, and focused on my needs as a first timer without neglecting the rest of the class. I enjoyed the energy and encouragement of the other class participants. Definitely recommend this place for those looking for a fun and challenging workout that is low impact but cardio intense at the same time.
