offers a variety of class types, all centered around their signature 50-minute workout on the custom reformer. Each class is designed to target specific muscle groups and provide a full-body, high-intensity workout that builds strength and endurance. The classes are constantly changing to keep you challenged and engaged. The main services offered include:
- Signature50: This is the core offering, a 50-minute low-impact, high-intensity class that targets your core, obliques, lower body, and upper body. It's meticulously programmed to work one muscle group at a time to the point of failure.
- Starter50: For new clients, this introductory class is perfect for learning the fundamentals. It includes a machine explanation, programmed rest periods, and clear demonstrations to help you feel comfortable before transitioning to the Signature50 class.
- Foundation50: A class designed to bridge the gap between the introductory and signature classes. It refines technique and builds endurance with slightly less instruction and more movement than the Starter50 class.
- Focus50: These are specialized classes that target specific muscle groups, such as "Core + Lower + Upper Body," or "Core + Obliques + Upper Body," allowing you to work on specific areas or give other muscle groups a rest.
Reston is celebrated for a number of features and highlights that make it a truly exceptional fitness studio. The studio’s unique approach to fitness, combined with its commitment to a positive member experience, has earned it a loyal following. These are the elements that create such a compelling reason for local Virginians to give it a try. Some of the most notable highlights include:
- Expert and Dedicated Coaches: The instructors are highly praised for their knowledge, encouragement, and ability to make class fun and effective. Clients mention coaches like Kelly, Melissa, and Shaye for their great energy, clear instruction, and motivating music, which makes a challenging workout more enjoyable.
- Rapid and Noticeable Results: Members report seeing significant improvements in their strength and body composition in a short amount of time. One reviewer notes losing 10 pounds and getting "stronger than I ever expected," which is a powerful testament to the workout's effectiveness.
- Unique and High-Energy Atmosphere: The studio’s signature blue lighting and curated playlists, including tropical house EDM, create a unique and immersive environment that helps you focus and push through the challenging movements.
- Small Class Size: The intimate setting of the classes ensures that coaches can provide personalized attention, correct your form, and offer modifications or amplifications to meet your specific needs.
- Low-Impact, High-Intensity Workout: The workout delivers the benefits of high-intensity training without the stress on your joints, making it a sustainable and safe option for all fitness levels.
To start your fitness journey or to learn more about Reston, you can contact the studio directly. The address is 12100 Sunset Hills Rd, Reston, VA 20190, USA. You can reach them by phone at (571) 314-0921 or via their mobile number, +1 571-314-0921. It is highly recommended to check their schedule and book your class in advance, especially if you are interested in a Starter50 introductory class. The staff can also provide you with all the necessary information about membership options and what to expect during your first visit, ensuring a smooth and confident start to your workout experience.
What is it that makes Reston worth choosing over other fitness centers in Virginia? The enthusiastic reviews from real customers provide the most compelling answers. A member who has tried "nearly all the teachers" and has seen incredible results highlights the effectiveness of the workout and the excellence of the instructors. The workout's unique ability to build strength and promote weight loss in a short period is a major draw. While one review points out that a coach in an intro class could have provided more detailed form guidance, this feedback is specific to a single experience and is in contrast to the overwhelmingly positive praise for other coaches and the overall effectiveness of the workout. The fact that the workout is so challenging that it leads to "the shakes," a sign of muscle failure, is seen as a badge of honor and proof that the method works. For Virginians who are tired of a routine that doesn't deliver results and are ready for a serious challenge in a fun, supportive, and unique environment, Reston is an excellent choice for achieving a stronger and more confident self.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Such a good solidcore! I tried nearly all the teachers and my favorite are Kelly and Melissa! Shaye has really great tropical house EDM music. It feels so good to come, I swear I lost 10 pounds and got stronger than I ever expected thanks to this place 🫶🥰
September 11 · Aviva MartinWanted to do this review in the app but bad design. This is for the intro class, which we did on Saturday. Instructor did not demonstrate as much knowledge as expected about important form details in the exercises (e.g. shoulder pinning in tricep exercises). Also didn’t well at handling a variety of skill levels in the class.
June 08 · Dani LisleThis is my second time doing a solidcore workout and let me tell you...it is not easy!! I love trying out workouts, so I signed up with friends via Classpass. The class was at 8:15pm on a Friday; we did the Signature50: Full Body, which I believe was a more advanced class. Although it was a good workout, it was hard. The instructor was nice and guided people as needed. The music was great and on point, but we couldn't hear her over the loud music. Also, she had us move to the middle reformer machines, I would have felt more comfortable at the end. This is truly a great workout and targets muscles with smaller movements that compound workouts miss.Upon signing up for the class, an email and text message are sent with information, including the code to enter. They also mention that there are charges if canceling or no-showing.They have solidcore merchandise available for purchase with the card on file. They also provide items such as hair ties, bobby pins, hear buds (if the music is too loud), etc.The customer service is average, there was one person at the front and she wasn't very engaging. The business is located on the lower level of a larger building. There is free parking in front of and around the business. There is also a parking garage with some free parking (check the signs!).Would I return? absolutely.
February 23 · A AI have been coming to this studio about 4 times a week for 6 months now and I LOVE it. Rave reviews! Truly. The workouts can be tough but they can also be catered to your level of fitness or how intense you feel like going that day. The coaches encourage you to push yourself but to also take a break and listen to your own body. The environment is always clean and inviting. And most importantly (I think) is all the coaches here are amazing. They are constantly positive, uplifting, and very funny if I do say so myself. Coming here regularly has contributed to my quality of life. Will be renewing my membership into the foreseeable future.
January 04 · Hannah SarradetI love the welcoming and inclusive environment of the Reston studio. The coaches are incredibly supportive and they motivate me to push myself to the best of my abilities. Thanks to their encouragement, I have been able to achieve my initial fitness goals and feel acknowledged every time I reach a milestone. Recently, I completed my 50th class and am excited to work towards my next goal of 100! This workout has helped me get in the best shape of my life, both physically and mentally. Shoutout to coaches LaBrea and Meredith, who inspire and motivate me every time. LaBrea was my first coach and it was because of her coaching style that I continued on the Solidcore journey. If you're looking to invest in yourself and improve your fitness, I highly recommend checking out this studio.
