Soléne Pilates offers a focused range of services centered around the practice of Pilates, each designed to provide a "full body massage feel the burn" workout. The studio is equipped to serve different needs and experience levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners. The services offered include:
Mat Pilates: These classes focus on strengthening the core, improving alignment, and increasing flexibility using only body weight movements on a mat. Mat Pilates is a foundational practice that is accessible to all levels and can be a great starting point for those new to the method. It emphasizes mindfulness and breath, providing a thoughtful addition to any fitness routine.
Reformer Pilates: The studio's signature offering, Reformer Pilates, uses the specialized reformer machine. This targeted, low-impact workout focuses on core strength, alignment, and flexibility through controlled, precise movements. The reformer's spring-loaded resistance provides a unique challenge, helping to build long, lean muscles and improve overall posture. It is suitable for all levels and is an excellent way to unlock your body's full potential.
Mat to Reformer Series: This class series is specifically designed for new clients, helping them transition from foundational mat work to the more complex reformer machine. It provides a structured and guided path for beginners to learn the basics and become comfortable with the equipment. This is a great way to experience both sides of Pilates and see the benefits of each method.
Private Sessions: For those who prefer a more personalized and one-on-one approach, the studio offers private reformer sessions. These classes are meticulously tailored to individual needs and goals, whether for rehabilitation, an athlete looking for an edge, or someone who thrives with a customized approach. The expert instructor can document past or current injuries and provide personalized guidance on mastering the reformer, ensuring a safe and effective practice.
Private Pilates Events: The studio can be booked for exclusive group events, perfect for birthdays, bridal parties, or special get-togethers. These private sessions allow for a personalized instruction for your group, providing a fun and active way to celebrate with friends.
These services ensure that Soléne Pilates can cater to a diverse clientele, from those just beginning their Pilates journey to those seeking advanced, personalized training.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Solène Pilates is truly a gem! I wanted to try Pilates for the longest but I didn’t sign up anywhere else I waited for Miaya to rebrand. From the moment I sent a message she was very responsive and knowledgeable. The studio's beautiful and calming atmosphere makes you feel instantly at ease. Miaya is such a vibe we instantly clicked! Her energy is everything, and she's always so encouraging and positive. You’ll hear a few “Get it Girl” or “You’re Killing It” or even a “You’re Looking Good Ladies” 😊 In their mat to reformer series I had the chance to work with both Jordyn and Jordan. They both have great energy too. Just know the vibes are always going to be right regardless of the time of day. 10/10 recommend
