★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1The energy at Sol Yoga is warm, welcoming, and truly grounding. Every instructor brings something special, and the classes strike the perfect balance between challenge and restoration. It’s quickly become my favorite part of the day. So grateful to have found this space — highly recommend to anyone looking to deepen their practice or just find a moment of calm.
July 10 · KunalLove this place! I wasn't sure if I would survive hot yoga, but it's become a necessary component of my health journey! The instructors are top notch and always make me feel welcome and never judged. It's a great community and I'm thankful to be part of it.
August 06 · Shelly PotterSol Yoga is amazing! The facility is so clean and the staff are all so nice. The instructors are all highly experienced and provides an amazing experience every class. It’s been life changing and body freeing starting my journey with Sol. Definitely would recommend!!
April 28 · Daniel ButlerLove this studio and its community. The instructors make an effort to get to know you and root for your practice however you show up that day. Clean, warm, inviting, and challenging in the best way! Highly recommend!
July 08 · Marcie MarshallThis place is full of people who talk about you behind your back. They are quick to make hasty judgements and do not think about the consequences of what they say to people that are paying them to be there. It turned out not to be the safe place I was looking for. Too much drama which I was trying to go there to avoid but instead it just made things worse unnecessarily. 😓They only have 5 star reviews because they bribe paying costumers to leave 5 star reviews for rewards that end up being useless.I now practice at a differernt nearby hot yoga studio, where teachers and former students of Sol Health now practice because its a healthier atmosphere. Since leaving Sol Health and practicing at a different studio, my practice has advanced greatly in many ways. More practice is no longer stagnant like it was at Sol Health. My newer studio has much better teachers with a lot more experience and it offers a much wider variety of classes including cycling, barr, and a fresh juice bar which Sol does not offer any of. Sol does have some extras but they all cost additional money and are too expensive. The parking lot is shared with a stripmall and parking is always a big issue. The building owner talked to me one day and I asked him about the parking situation and the noise little kids play place that was opening on the other side of the wall from the once quiet yoga room. The studio owner's response was to scold and threaten me for talking with her landlord. I'm the person that was paying to do yoga at a studio where I had to park so far away I was late for classes, that's my issue. The studio owner and landlord should keep their drama to themselves and leave the customer out of it. The whole thing was very unprofessional. Most parking spots are too small to get my yoga mat out of my car and the spots are always taken by the biker bar that opened next door. Now there usually people standing outside the door smoking when one walks into the yoga studio. So there's a bar on one side and a toddler play place on the other side, not the best environment for relaxing and trying to focus on yoga.
