Workshops: For those new to yoga, Sky Yoga Studios offers a Beginner I Workshop Series. This four-week program is specifically designed to provide a proper foundation, covering basic poses, breathing techniques, and terminology. This is an important offering for new students who may feel intimidated by all-levels classes.
Specialized Instruction: The studio's commitment to a safe and effective practice is a key part of its offering. What is worth choosing
When you are looking for a yoga studio in Syracuse, New York, Sky Yoga Studios stands out as a top contender. The most compelling reason to choose this studio is its unique combination of a beautiful, spacious facility and a team of "top-notch" instructors. The comfortable environment, with its two large studios and ideal temperature control, creates a physical space that is perfect for a deep and focused practice. This is a significant advantage over smaller, more crowded studios.
However, it is important to acknowledge the feedback from a beginner who experienced pulled muscles and felt that class descriptions were not clear enough for her level. While this is a serious critique, it is likely an issue that can be mitigated by taking advantage of the studio's dedicated "Beginner I Workshop Series." For someone new to yoga, it would be wise to start with this specific offering to build a safe and strong foundation before moving to the more challenging all-levels classes. For a regular practitioner, or for a beginner who takes the time to learn the ropes, the reviews from regulars are overwhelmingly positive, highlighting the exceptional class pacing and the fact that the studio is a "gem" and a special place. For anyone in Syracuse seeking a high-quality, professional, and consistent yoga experience, Sky Yoga Studios is a very strong and worthy choice.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I was recommended this place by a few people, I tried three classes with three different instructors and the last one I left with two pulled muscles. I wish the classes had better descriptions as to level because I’m a beginner and many of these are not beginner friendly or all levels. I’m also a personal trainer and I felt as though some of the instructors personal practice styles went against the science of movement and that’s why I left with two pulled muscles. I tried to like it!
May 31 · Kalyna ParaszczakMy husband and I are regulars at Sky Yoga and it is a gem. Whenever we travel, we do yoga at a local studio and while they’ve all been fine, they’ve made us so appreciate Sky Yoga. Sky Yoga has two beautiful, large studios with great air flow. Even when a class is completely full, you’ll never feel crowded. And the temperature of the room is always on par. Normal classes are a great temperature and the heated classes are toasty without bringing you to the brink of passing out. The class pacing of is also fantastic, regardless of who is teaching. And of course, the instructors are top notch. We’ve always loved Sky yoga but traveling and trying out other studios on those trips has really opened our eyes to how special it is. We are so lucky to have them right here in Cuse!

June 24 · Shannon KossThis is my favorite place to practice yoga in Syracuse. I enjoy the variety of styles offered and even found the heated classes tolerable! Nothing like a heated Bikram class. The slow flow class is great for a change of pace and I really enjoy Erin's iyengar approach. The studio is a lovel
