This is the most enjoyment I have ever had exercising. Tyra is an amazing instructor. She is so welcoming and is personally involved with each person in her class. She makes every class different.what I love most, is that I am pleasantly sore the next day…not debilitating where I can’t move. just the kind of soreness that you realize you still have muscles and you are getting stronger every class. I love the calm environment. I am so happy I’ve come, because I really feel stronger and it makes me want to keep exercising.

I took a leap of faith trying ariel yoga and Tyra made me feel welcomed and works us all very hard! She really breaks down each of the inversions and helps you through them so you feel very comfortable when hanging upside down. Aerial yoga has been a life changer for me and my back issues!
