I was dealing with multiple ailments simultaneously and was not sure how to proceed with my fitness journey as I did not want to hurt myself further. I am not a fan of mass gyms and was seeking personal training in a female friendly environment. I was delighted to find Shape Fitness and to meet Paola & Ray. They are extremely personable, kind and knowledgable on how to incorporate fitness with my ailments. I train one on one with Paola and appreciate her frequent checking in on how I am doing and her genuine concern about my progress. When you speak to Paola & Ray, it is like speaking with friends you've known a long time because they make you feel comfortable and at home. Thank you for what you do and provide to the community!!

The work outs are a variation and always something new which is appreciated. I’m also following their nutrition program which is great and less restrictive than what I’ve seen out there. I already feel a difference in my body. I hope to be leaving an updated review when I’m at my goal! It’s been really nice to work on my fitness goals in the right hands with a personalized approach. Definitely check this gym out!
July 09 · Sabrina MustafaI wish I had started earlier. One of the best workout sessions for women in the country. 30 mins, they get you all worked out. It’s a safe space for women of all ages and I felt cared for, as Paola understood my physical limits. I feel better and healthier. You have to eat right and just be consistent with them.
August 23 · AnamikaI found Paola and Ray in my quest to lose weight & get my strength back postpartum. It was so refreshing meeting them and hearing them know exactly what a postpartum body needed & not only focus on quick weight loss but helping heal my body. In just 6 weeks, I am down several pounds, but most importantly I am starting to feel like myself again with some muscle and energy.
