I like it because no workout is the same and you keep moving through different exercises that incorporate weights. Let’s face it as we get older the weights are key. Im able to do the workouts modified and at my own pace if needed but the trainers will push you then you realize ok ok I can do more and push myself more which is cool too. Sally isn’t so bad either!! Plus they have family day can’t beat that in a gym.
