The coaches program individualized workouts and pay attention to how I'm moving to make sure I'm working the right muscles and minimizing the risks of injuries. I have a collection of old injuries so this is very important for me - I may think I can go the way I did when I was in my twenties, but I can't. Claire has me working hard, but safely, and I'm already feeling stronger. Everyone is there to workout, so the mood is focused, but still fun. Evan, the owner, has set up a terrific place. I walk out of Sessions feeling better than when I walked in.
