I was very nervous having never done this before and already being in my 30s, but the coaches have been so helpful and encouraging and I have never once felt like I didn’t belong. I’m so grateful for this team and to have met some many wonderful people here.

You can workout at your own pace and push yourself as much or as little as you wanted. I worked out muscles that I usually don't during my normal routines. They had weights from 5lbs upwards to over 40lbs. Highly recommend this place.
