January 05 · Jo AnnaFinding a way to exercise and build strength without injury given my hyper-mobility issues has been difficult, until I started at SDF. Their strengthening and cardio classes are both fun and effective, the environment supportive and the instructors encouraging and helpful. They also offer kids and teen dance fitness classes as well as summer camps! So much to love.
