The community is also very welcoming, and I’ve grown to call a lot of the people there family.I also, can praise Coach Aaron enough for his personal coaching as it has allowed me to relieve my sciatica pain and even strengthen my body to compete in Olympic Weightlifting.I highly recommend this gym! For the seasoned athlete to the beginner, Sealey Strength is the gym for you.

It was recommended to me by a friend, I signed up and have never looked back. Im 3 years in, and the community of this gym is incredible. I have made so many friends here. We hang out even outside of the gym, and it's great friendships all around.My first class ever everyone was super friendly and encouraging, which made me feel really good because I felt like a fish out of water. Let's be honest, weightlifting, for women is intimidating, and in this class, there were so many women of all ages weightlifting, and it was so emporweing. The classes are tailored to everyone's level of fitness, so there's something for everyone.I also do the phoenix program here, too, with Aaron, and it's a great all woman's boot camp with just amazing females who are so uplifting, strong, and beautiful. Aaron really gives us a run for our money with this program, and I love it. The gym is fully stocked with all the equipment you'll need, and best of all, it's always available. You never have to wait on pieces of equipment like at 24hr or la fitness. All the coaches are amazing, Aaron, Cynthia, and Jordan, just to name a few, are really amazing and highly professional at their craft.This gym offers 1hr group classes, personal training, and the phoenix program, to name a few.Right in the heart of old Town Monrovia, with plenty of parking.Take it from me, someone who couldn't even do one sit-up to now being able to do 50+ in one sitting. He goes above and beyond to make sure that his clients get results and that people who go to his gym get the most benefit possible. The facility is wonderful and truly made to facilitate your fitness. They have rope climb, sleds, free weights, turf, and so much more. I’m a big fan of this gym!
November 28 · Karl YousefI’ve done most all the programs at Sealey Strength and have enjoyed them all. The classes are great and can cater to your level and needs. I’m also part of the Phoenix program which is a woman only boot camp style. It is a great program with a bunch of empowering females that uplift each other! Another great aspect of the gym is the community and the level of personal care that Aaron bestows on all his clients. This is a gym for everyone!
