★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Friendly staff. Small-ish but adequate for a good variety of workouts with machines or free weights. Good variety of classes. Clean.
January 14 · Dale AkinFriendly staff, good music and atmosphere. A very good gym culture. However, limited machines might leave you standing around. Sometimes the teens that work out huddle around selected equipment for around an hour, so good luck if your doing specific splits. No pool, limited treadmills, only 1 Smith machine, 1 free standing dip/ab tower that isn't weighted... wish it had a 2nd floor with more machines.
July 03 · Brock BohleyFirst time in the receptionist was awesome. Took the time to explain all of the different plans, the additional free classes available etc. Second time I worked with a trainer who listened to my goals and my restrictions and then took me thru each piece of equipment that would help me achieve my goal. She had a sheet and marked down each of the settings for each piece of equipment and the number of repetitions. Everyone was very upbeat, encouraging, and easy to be with. The branch itself is small which I think helps to foster camaraderie.
April 21 · ArleneFriendly staff, clean. Nice facility for a small town.
April 09 · Todd KehleyThis branch has everything you need to get a good workout. Cardio machines, weight machines, free weights, which are all very clean. They also have organized fitness classes including yoga and child care if needed so you busy parents can get a workout in knowing your child is safely nearby. Spin classes, clean bathrooms and showers.
