★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I just finished my discounted trial and decided to purchase the 8 times a week package. You get a quality workout every time and a very good stretch at the end. The instructors never stop short of the scheduled time and they don’t rush you out the door either. All of the instructors have been very sweet while greeting me and even using my name during class to cheer me on and make corrections. Leah the owner has been particularly welcoming. I go myself and it’s so nice to be greeted by name when I walk in the door.

July 18 · Jocelyn BurdickI’ve been practicing yoga at Sanctuary for about a month now—attending classes there is one of the best parts of my week! I had zero experience with yoga before my first class with Britney, but she made it such an accessible and enjoyable experience. All of the instructors I’ve taken classes with so far (Britney, Kayt, Sarah, Amanda, Ashley, and Leah, the owner) have been incredible: motivating, patient, and welcoming! For me, the physical, emotional, and social benefits are already clear, and I’m so excited to continue practicing at Sanctuary to grow further.

It was easy to sign up for classes online. The owner, instructors, and students were so friendly and welcoming!! Every class that I attended allowed for both the experienced yogi and beginner yogi success and fulfillment! This studio was safe, non judgemental, welcoming, encouraging, and an all-around AMAZING experience!
