Looks like “San Jose Boxing” has changed the name to “Cali Boxing”. Keep that in mind when looking this studio up. First class is free for trial. Drop in fees include the gloves ($30) and afterwards, gloves have a rental fee of $5. Coaches are able to provide constructive feedback to help boxers of varying backgrounds deliver more power punches. 12pm class conducts circuits and mitt work combined with cardio. 5:30am-6:30am conducts bootcamp, with practicing of combinations as well as weight training. Additionally we partnered up and practiced our combo with parrying and catching, making reactivity to offensive shots more digestible for amateur boxers.
