The mysore style that Ashley teaches allows students to learn and grow at their own pace while benefiting from Ashley’s physical therapy background; A private lesson in a group setting. The studio is peaceful with early morning classes taking place during sunrise. I would highly recommend dropping into “SLAY” if you have any interest in yoga, meditation, community, becoming stronger or more flexible, finding focus, and having fun!
