★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Terrible, dirty and the worst customer service. Signing up was a nightmare, cancelling was harder. There is only one young man who consistently greets you. Water stains on the ceiling in the lobby, so much dust in the machine fans, layers of direct on the ceiling light (you can see them well from the stair master). Water stains on the ceiling in the locker room and the grout hasn’t seen a magic eraser ever. I watched them mop the floors with a nasty mop and water bucket 🤮…steam cleaners exist for a reason. The main reason I joined, like many others I met, was the sauna, but that is one misstep away from breaking as the boards on the bottom bench are sketchy. I wish I could give them a zero.
July 12 · Rachel MardenThis place used to be great and it seems nothing has upgraded since it's prime. Serious HVAC issues must be going on because it is Waaay too humid in there. I can deal with heat but humidity is a killer. I had to beg them to fix the issue and indeed the day after I threatened to leave they had cool air. But just for that day. Today I had to cancel my membership. They had portable fans down on the court floor for the class but none upstairs! Heat rises so we got to inhale the class below. If the system is fixed, it needs to be upgraded because it cannot handle your building today. Super sad to go but I can't pay for these conditions.
June 18 · Erika WoodmanThe gym itself is decent. They have no concern for the courses or classes that go on. We take a hot yoga class consistently every week. In the middle of the class an employee always vacuums right next to the door LOL. Other than that facility stay cleaned and most of the employees are quite nice. No food on site which is a letdown. They have a overly expensive protein bar if you want some more protein powdered in your life. Unfortunate that the owner is not willing to partner with any businesses. Apparently he gets asked every single day if someone can solicit on his property. Amazing that there are that many businesses reaching out to him.
March 27 · Chase AllenI used to have a membership here for years and had a pretty positive experience but 20 dollars for a day pass is outrageous
July 26 · Joe BoutinExceptional staffA wide variety of classes. The instructor's are very knowledgeable and can adapt the exercises to your needsThe personal trainers are great and very knowledgeable. They work with you and will not give you an exercise you cannot perform.Front staff is very personable, they know your name after a few visits. And has a good listening earThe shakes are awesome 👌I recommend this facility 100%
