Rumble Boxing Introduce
In a city known for its intensity, New Yorkers are always on the lookout for a workout that matches their energy and drive. Rumble Boxing delivers exactly that. This is not a traditional gym where you're left to your own devices. Instead, it is a high-octane group fitness experience that blends the sweet science of boxing with the transformative power of resistance training. It's a place where you can unleash your inner fighter, burn off stress, and get a full-body workout in a dynamic and highly motivating environment. Rumble has quickly become a sensation in the fitness world, and for good reason: it’s an experience that is both challenging and incredibly fun, making you actually look forward to your next session.
Rumble Boxing was born in New York City, and its workout embodies the city's unique spirit—it's tough, it’s fast-paced, and it gets results. The core of the experience is a 10-round, 45-minute class that is evenly split between two styles of training. Half the class is spent exploring the skills and drills of boxing on water-filled, teardrop-style bags. The other half is spent on the floor, engaging in strength and resistance training using dumbbells and bodyweight exercises. This combination ensures a comprehensive workout that builds both cardiovascular endurance and full-body strength.
The atmosphere at Rumble is a major part of its appeal. With a mega-watt sound system and custom playlists, the room thumps to a mix of old school and new school beats, creating a nightclub-like energy that keeps you moving and motivated. Despite the high-energy vibe, the reviews from real customers highlight a culture of inclusivity and support. As they say at Rumble, "10 rounds, 2 fists, ZERO experience necessary," and they truly mean it. You'll find first-time boxers sweating alongside seasoned athletes, all united by the contagious energy of the class and the best-in-class trainers who act as DJs, motivators, and fitness pros all in one. It's this unique blend of fun, intensity, and community that has made Rumble a blessing for so many New Yorkers.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Rumble is the best, most exciting and motivating workout class out there. My journey at Rumble started with booking classes on classpass, but after a few weeks, I felt Rumble was the only class that truly connected with me. One trainer, Miles, specifically inspired me to sign up for a Rumble membership because he is fun, energetic and puts intention into each class. He is kind and motivating and the best trainer I’ve had so far - truly made me feel welcomed and at home!!My friends and I have taken classes at both the NoHo + Chelsea locations - the teams and facilities are AMAZING. So happy I’ve found a gym that I actually look forward to going to 🥊 🥊
April 09 · Colleen WhiteRumble Boxing has been a blessing for me. It’s a way to get out stress while getting a great workout in! Everyone goes on their on speed so don’t worry if you don’t keep up with others in class. I take Miles and he’s the best trainer I have ever had! He makes sure everyone is understanding his instructions and goes around to make sure everyone’s form is good. Miles brings an energy that is contagious and I love taking his class! Also, if you’re into Anime, he’s your guy! I would definitely check out Mile’s class but overall Rumble is amazing and at the end of the class, you’ll feel great and accomplished!
April 25 · Zac TargumRumble Boxing is an incredible workout experience! The energetic atmosphere and motivating trainers make every session fun and engaging. The combination of boxing techniques and high-intensity cardio keeps things fresh, and I’ve seen noticeable improvements in my fitness and strength. Rumble Boxing is definitely worth trying!
October 08 · smurfette noboaMiles is the GOAT! Love his classes and am excited that Rumble added Straight-up boxing classes! Great combos and killer abs workout. Also Miles is welcoming to both newcomers and regulars, just the best energy!
April 03 · Ann FoxMy time at Rumble had its ups and downs. While the facilities and trainers are excellent, I was surprised by the lack of friendliness and customer service skills displayed by the reception staff. Additionally, the hand wraps I purchased were damaged after just two weeks of use. When I approached the staff for a replacement or refund, they were unhelpful and simply apologized without offering a solution. I strongly recommend bringing your own gear and think twice before committing to a membership.
