★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I recently visited a RTS barbell gym and had a day pass on a Thursday, June 19th, 2025. The gym was a great place, not too crowded, but I still had to wait for a few machines. The Arsenal pendulum squat was humbling and incredible, and the power squat was just as impressive. I also really enjoyed the elite fts lying leg curl, the rogue 🦏, and the Rogers hip press. The Arsenal plate-loaded leg extension, the legends pin-loaded leg extensions and curls, those machines were just okay for me. If you’re into deadlifting or squatting, they have everything you need, from bars to racks and plates. Chest day would be great here, with the elite fts competition, benches, and the rogue benches with fat pads. Pull day would also be pretty good here. Overall, it’s a great gym for powerlifters.
June 19 · conner samVisiting from out of town for a week. Nice open space, excellent equipment, great location. Met the owner, Kevin, who was a very gracious host. Wish we had one of these in LA.
August 27 · Adam KingVery easy to call this gym home. Great equipment, very clean facility, fantastic atmosphere, and great owners. There’s truly something for everyone and even as an introvert, this place feels like family with how warm and friendly all the members are. Cannot recommend highly enough for someone who wants a great gym - for a drop in or for your daily exercise.
July 22 · Alex HenryLove this gym! Owners are very friendly and welcoming. Lots of space and well maintained equipment to use. Have really enjoyed lifting here! Highly recommend!
July 30 · Stephanie NielsonWell-equipped and clean facility, excellent mix of machines, barbell options, dumbbells, some cardio, and an open space for your more atavistic sandbag/farmer carries, sled pushes/pulls, or slams. I mostly go late night (love that it is open 24/7!) and even on busier nights the spacing of the equipment makes it never feel crowded. Also during the snows this winter the owner Kevin was there every night clearing the parking lot, this gym is clearly cared for and is top-notch as a result.
