The gym is noted for its clean, professional atmosphere and a wide range of equipment that, while perhaps not the newest, is fully functional and perfectly adequate for most workout routines.
RPM Fitness understands the diverse needs of the Atlanta community, offering services that go beyond the typical gym floor. Its location in a major business hub makes it an ideal spot for professionals to squeeze in a workout, and the friendly staff and clean facilities create a welcoming environment for everyone, regardless of their fitness level. While some guests may find the drop-in process requires a bit of pre-planning, the overall value and convenience make it a highly recommended spot for staying active in the city.

The facility is committed to accessibility for all. It features a wheelchair-accessible entrance, a wheelchair-accessible parking lot, and a wheelchair-accessible restroom. This dedication to inclusivity ensures that individuals with mobility challenges can use the gym’s services and facilities comfortably and with ease. Cycling and Kickboxing: For those seeking high-intensity cardio, the gym offers dedicated cycling classes and kickboxing sessions. These programs are effective for burning calories, improving cardiovascular health, and building endurance in a fun and dynamic setting.
Resistance Training: RPM Fitness is equipped for comprehensive strength training. While one review noted that the free weight and machine options could be expanded, the current offerings are adequate for most workouts and include a variety of resistance training equipment.
Personal Training and Private Lessons: For a more tailored experience, the gym offers personal training. These one-on-one sessions with a professional trainer can help you create a customized workout plan, perfect your form, and stay accountable to your goals. The option for private lessons ensures a focused and results-driven experience.
Nutrition Consulting: Recognizing that fitness is about more than just exercise, RPM Fitness also provides nutrition consulting. This service helps clients understand how to fuel their bodies properly to support their workout routines and achieve sustainable results.
RPM Fitness stands out for its well-rounded amenities and client-focused approach, making it a valuable asset to the downtown Atlanta fitness scene.
Atmosphere and Amenities: The gym has a clean and tidy atmosphere, as noted by visitors. It is an LGBTQ+ friendly space, promoting a welcoming and inclusive environment for all. It offers a restroom and showers for convenience, as well as a sauna and steam room for relaxation and muscle recovery after a strenuous workout.
Convenience and Technology: The gym provides Wi-Fi, which is a great feature for members who might need to check emails or stay connected. It also accepts a variety of modern payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and NFC mobile payments, making transactions fast and easy.

The gym also offers a reasonable day pass option for visitors, priced at $10, which is a significant highlight for travelers looking for a quick workout.
Planning: The gym requires a membership for regular use, which is a standard practice for fitness centers. However, the day pass option offers a flexible alternative for those who aren’t looking for a long-term commitment. One review noted a lack of clear drop-in information, so it's a good idea to call ahead to ensure a smooth visit.

The inclusion of personal training, nutrition consulting, and group classes like aerobics and kickboxing shows that RPM Fitness is committed to a holistic approach to health. The availability of a sauna and steam room is a major bonus, offering a chance to relax and recover after a challenging workout.
Furthermore, the friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere, which is explicitly noted as being LGBTQ+ friendly, create a positive environment where everyone feels comfortable. This sense of community and acceptance is a powerful motivator. ★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Good gym in the Bank of America Plaza. I was here while on a business trip. Everything was clean and tidy. Machines were varied, fully functional, albeit a bit old. Many cardio machines. Free weights and machine options could be expanded, but adequate for most workouts. One day pass for $10 is reasonable. Friendly staff. Almost completely empty on a workday afternoon. Walking distance from downtown and also well connected with MARTA. I could recommend it.
December 01 · Alejandro Nuñez-JimenezHERE IS THE MISSING DROP-IN INFO because it’s not on the website. Three stars based on photos because I had no access and there was no staff. I walked 30min to get here, then took a $20 uber back to my hotel. The waste of time and energy was disappointing.
August 09 · Kayla RWas looking for a gym to use while in town for a few days. Ended up choosing RPM Fitness due to its proximity to where I was in Midtown. For a reasonable price I had access to their excellent facilities--machines, weights, and spin bikes all in great condition. Towels, water, and other amenities are provided, and the locker rooms are clean and have plenty of features (apparently a sauna I forgot to try!) The people who run the place definitely care about what they do--When I had a problem with my access card, the manager, Jasmine, quickly responded to my email (on a Friday night!) and got it sorted out in no time. If you're a local and need a new gym, go here. If you're just visiting ATL and need a gym for a few days like i did, go here. You'll be happy you did.
October 23 · Bob LanganWe had a fantastic year at RPM Fitness. The location has plenty of equipment, the staff is incredibly nice (Jasmine is the greatest!), and it's in a convenient location with very reasonable pricing. I can't recommend this place enough, with one caveat:A very select few members harbor no respect whatsoever for the gym equipment, and go out of their way to slam and drop weights as loud as possible. This is incredibly rude for the people around them, and should be considered a destruction of property. Many of the heavier dumbbells are bent and warped due to this behaviour. I cannot urge the gym faculty enough to start removing these members. It does not foster a healthy environment, and there is no room for this destructive behavior in a public gym.
November 23 · Collin LongFriendly staffModern facilities and especially, cleanliness is the reason why I chose RPM rather than other clubs.5am to 9pm on weekdays and 7am to 7pm at weekends
