September 09 · Julie MorrisI’ve been attending classes for almost 3 months now. It was a leap out of my comfort zone, but I’m so happy I made it. One heck of a workout and the positivity brought by all of the instructors and other members is amazing. I look forward to going every time!
September 08 · Nicolas BoggsI have been very pleased with my experience so far. I am definitely not in shape but I feel this is going to be a great way to get there. The instructors are great. Mitch and Amanda were both extremely helpful getting setup and took the time to make sure I was comfortable. The classes are challenging, but i don’t feel like I’m risking major injury. There are also a lot of variety of classes and times that work well with my schedule. The facilities are clean and modern, but I do wish there were larger changing rooms and a shower would be nice.
