April 11 · Alaa AlamGreat workout, great coaches, questionable customer service. I reached out to cancel my membership (with 31 days notice) and they got back to me the following day (30 days notice) to tell me I needed to give them 30 days notice. When I pointed out that it was 30 days away, they didnt respond, so now we are past the 30 day threshold. Then I tried calling... got voicemail. I have tried to cancel before, but they always convinced me to freeze my account instead. Like... I get that you don't want people to cancel, but you cannot penalize people when you are the ones not responding to emails.
June 17 · Jessica BCame across town to a 7:00 class at 7:02. No one was there and the doors were locked. I called left a message and no one responded. Secondly, rather than just cancel they marked me as a no show in the wellhub app which created additional problems for no reason. I was there at 7:02 that's not a no show. Even if I wanted to attend a class the amount of problems they've created for me over nothing.

For those who think that cyclical sports are boring, I can assure you that they make it fun and engaging. Their classes vary in both length and intensity so everyone could find what works best for them. On top of that, their rowing machines or “ergs” (short for “ergometer”) will measure your effort and the distance rowed each class and their app will track your progress toward your goal. As the effort-based machines go, what you put in is what you get.
